Interventions
Low dose Oliceridine group (O1 group): Oliceridine 0.01mg/kg was given intravenously at the end of the operation
High dose Oliceridine group (O2 group):Oliceridine 0.05mg/kg was given intravenously at the end of the operation
Sufentanil group (S group):Sufentanil 0.1ug/kg was administered intravenously at the end of the procedure
Control group (Group C):The same amount of 0.9% sodium chloride solution was injected intravenously at the end of the operation

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital; 2. All anesthesia methods are general anesthesia; 3. ASA grade I ~ II; 4, age 18 to 65 years old; 5, 18 kg/m^2=BMI=35kg/m^2; 6. Know the research content and sign the research informed consent voluntarily;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to Oliceridine or sufentanil; 2. Long-term use of other opioids or analgesics; 3. Patients with a history of severe heart, liver and kidney disease, diabetes and severe hypertension, and whose condition is not controlled; 4. People with cognitive disabilities; 5, BMI> 35 kg/m2; 6. Duration of operation is > 2.5 hours; 7. Hemodynamic instability or respiratory insufficiency.
