18 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18-85 years old, male or female; (2) Clinical diagnosis of chronic kidney disease; (3) To perform kidney biopsy in our institution; (4) Patients can complete the examination by holding their breath for a short time.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) There are contraindications to the use of ultrasound contrast agents: respiratory failure, heart failure, and severe allergic history; (2) Patients who cannot be quantitatively analyzed due to low image quality after data processing. (3) Withdrawal criteria: patients have the intention to withdraw from the study.
