Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent ischemic-free liver transplantation or conventional non-ischemic liver transplantation 2. The graft is from a brain-dead donor 3. Patients aged 18-75 years 4. The transplant was performed at the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Multiple internal organs or combined organ transplantation 2) Split liver transplantation 3) Living donor liver transplantation 4) Patients receiving ABO incompatible transplants
