18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (i) 18-60 years of age; (ii) it should be ensured that all participants have been clinically diagnosed and confirmed to have chronic ankle instability by a healthcare professional; (iii) the minimum duration of chronic ankle instability is at least 6 months; and (iv) they voluntarily participate in this study by signing the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (i) other serious diseases of the lower limbs; (ii) other neurological diseases of the lower limbs; (iii) inability to perform routine exercises for rehabilitation evaluation; (iv) combination of severe osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis; (v) tumors, tuberculosis, infections, etc.; (vi) presence of cognitive disorders, disorders of consciousness, and severe mental illness; and (vii) other major health problems, such as cardiovascular diseases and severe metabolic diseases.
