Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with gastrointestinal symptoms such as repeated abdominal distension, poor appetite, nausea, and black stool; 2. Patients who are suitable and willing to undergo pCLE examination; 3. Age 20-70 years old; 4. People who voluntarily undergo the treatment arranged by the researcher and sign the informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of gastric surgery; 2. Patients with severe cardiac, liver, and renal insufficiency who cannot tolerate anesthesia or endoscopic surgery and affect the metabolism of fluorescein sodium; 3. Patients who are using anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs or have coagulation disorders and cannot tolerate biopsy; 4. Preoperative CT and other imaging suggested the presence of lymph node metastasis; 5. Pregnant and lactating women; 6. People who are allergic or known to be allergic to fluorescein; 7. The patient suffers from mental illness and is unable to cooperate with the researcher;
