Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients attending the inpatient and/or outpatient department of spinal cord injury rehabilitation who are newly prescribed new oral anticoagulants, or who have previously taken new oral anticoagulants; (2) no intervention such as pharmacists' medication education on NOACs; (3) Men and women are not limited; (4) Can correctly understand and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who are unable to sign informed consent, including patients with head trauma and consciousness disorders; (2) Patients who are not using new oral anticoagulants; (3) Patients who had previously received intervention such as pharmacists' medication education on NOACs. ; (4) Patients < 18 years old.
