Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age =18 years old, gender unlimited. 2. Meet the following diagnostic criteria for severe anthrax: (1) Smear examination and culture of various secretions, excreta, blood, cerebrospinal fluid, etc., to find typical and capsulated large bacillus, which can be further diagnosed by fluorescent antibody staining, beaded wet sheet examination, specific phage test, animal inoculation, etc. (2) Multiple organ function impairment (MODS) of brain, heart, liver, kidney, blood clotting or more than one organ failure of brain, heart, liver, kidney, blood clotting.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients identified by the investigators as having conditions that affect short-term survival and are not eligible for inclusion in the program.
