Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Review cohort: Patients who have been confirmed by their first renal biopsy to meet the revised ISN/RPS activity criteria for type I, II, III, IV, or V lupus nephritis, and have complete clinical data at the time of renal biopsy and the following year. Prospective cohort: First renal biopsy and subsequent renal biopsy confirmed compliance with International Society of Nephrology/Society of Nephropathology active type I, II, III, IV, or V lupus nephritis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Review cohort:Younger than 18 years old. Other diseases such as HIV or hepatitis B/C virus infection, active infection, tumor, other immune diseases, uncontrollable diabetes, coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, heart failure,that may affect the neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio were excluded. Prospective cohort: Younger than 18 years old. Other diseases such as HIV or hepatitis B/C virus infection, active infection, tumor, other immune diseases, uncontrollable diabetes, coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, heart failure,that may affect the neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio were excluded.
