Postoperative pain

Interventions

2:Patients with mild pain(NRS< 4 ) were enrolled according to the highest NRS pain score within 24 hour after surgery.
2:Patients with moderate to severe pain (NRS=4) were enrolled according to the highest NRS pain score within 24 hour after surgery.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing primary hip and knee arthroplasty; 2. Above 18 years old; 3. Able to cooperate with doctors for preoperative visits and pain assessment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious underlying diseases, such as respiratory system diseases, cardiovascular system diseases, liver and kidney insufficiency, coagulation dysfunction; 2. Patients with a history of mental illness, mental illness, drug dependence; 3. Allergic to analgesics; 4. Patients with incomplete data collection.
