Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: In order to recruit participants for different exercise types, healthy individuals in the age groups of young adults (20-40 years old), middle-aged adults (40-60 years old), and retired individuals (60-70 years old) of both genders will be recruited. The target sample size for each age group is 50 males and 50 females, totaling 300 participants. Participants should be in a non-fatigued state and should not have engaged in high-intensity competitions or training in the three days prior to the experiment. They should also fast and abstain from alcohol for two hours before the experiment. Prior to the testing, participants will be required to complete a PAR-Q questionnaire and undergo a screening for exercise suitability. Only those who pass the screening will be eligible to participate in the testing.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Experience in athletic training. History of heart disease, asthma, peripheral vascular brain disease diabetic kidney. Have recent lower limb injuries
