Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who plan to undergo elective thoracoscopic surgery 2. 18 =3cm, and thyromental distance>=6 cm; 5. Compliance therapy, the patient and family members, voluntarily accept this study and sign the participants informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal cervical spine; 2. Limited neck movement; 3. History of pharynx, larynx or cervical spine surgery; 4. Pain caused by the rotational position of lower limb fracture; 5. Special patients with tracheal intubation in lateral decubitus position are not suitable.
