Sufentanil group (S group):Analgesic use of sufentanil during and after surgery

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-80 years old; 2. Patients with ASA class I-IV undergoing thoracoscopic surgery for chest diseases and requiring postoperative analgesia; 3. Obtain informed consent from the patient and sign the consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with abnormal blood coagulation function and low immune ability; 2. Patients with local infection at the nerve block puncture site and patients with severe spinal deformity; 3. Allergic to anesthetic drugs used during the perioperative period, including oxycodone and sufentanil; 4. Preoperative chronic pain attacks exist; 5.Patients with chest wall metastasis found before and during the operation.
