Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients = 18 years of age. 2) A definite diagnosis of heart failure, which is based on a comprehensive assessment of signs and symptoms of heart failure (including dyspnea, edema, and pulmonary rales), elevated B-type brain natriuretic peptide levels (NT-proBNP >125 pg/mL or BNP >35 pg/mL), and the presence of structural or functional cardiac abnormalities.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who are unable or unfit to undergo ReDS testing (including implantation of IABP, ECMO, mechanical ventilation, right lung agenesis, excessive BMI, thoracic deformity, rib fracture, right-sided heart, right-sided pacemaker, etc.). 2) Severe lung disease including COPD, asthma, bronchiectasis, lung tumors, etc. 3) Patients who refuse to participate.
