Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The pathological report of renal puncture diagnosed IgA nephropathy; (2) Age: 18-60 years old; (3) Stage 1-3 chronic kidney disease, estimated glomerular filtration rate; (eGFR)?30ml/min/1.73m2; (4) 24h urinary protein quantity < 1.0g; (5) TCM syndrome differentiation is consistent with Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome; (6) Dry pharyngeal pain or pharyngeal mucosal congestion; (7) Voluntarily accept this study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Secondary IgA nephropathy; (2) serious diseases that affect the survival of patients, including serious cardiovascular diseases, cerebrovascular diseases, malignant tumors, hematopoietic system diseases; (3) IgA nephropathy manifested as malignant hypertension and rapid deterioration of renal function; (4) breastfeeding, pregnancy or planning pregnancy during the study period; (5) Mental abnormality can not normally participate in the researcher; (6) Are participating in other clinical investigators.
