Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the diagnostic criteria for sepsis 3.0;2.AGI graded as level II;3.Aged between 18 and 80 years;4.If the patient is conscious, the patient is informed and signs the informed consent form; if the patient is in a coma or under sedation, the patient's family is informed and signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with an expected ICU stay of <3 days;2.Patients with severe primary gastrointestinal diseases or a history of gastrointestinal surgery;3.Patients with skin ulceration, swelling, infection, or scarring in the needling area;4.Pregnant or lactating women;5.Patients with mental disorders or psychiatric illnesses;6.Patients undergoing treatment for malignant tumors;7.Patients with autoimmune diseases;8.Patients with coagulation disorders or platelet abnormalities;9.Patients allergic to adhesive tape or metal;10.Patients with a history of fainting from needles, fear, or resistance to acupuncture treatment;11.Participation in other clinical trials.
