Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age =20 years and =50 years, with no gender restriction; 2. Satisfy the diagnostic criteria for chronic non-specific neck pain in the 2014 Canadian Evidence-Based Guidelines for Chiropractic Treatment of Neck Pain in Adults 15: neck pain persisting for at least 3 months, pain confined to the cervical, occipital, or posterior scapular region, cervico-neck muscle spasms, and negative results of cervical distraction test, Spurling's neck compression test, and the Adson's test; 3.VAS score =3; 4. Voluntary participation in this study and signing of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with abnormal neck appearance, such as scars, pigmentation, pimples, et al; 2. Participants with history of neck trauma and surgery; 3. Participants with severe organic diseases (e.g. malignant tumor, cardiopulmonary dysfunction et al); 4. Participants who have participated in other clinical trials within three months prior to enrollment; 5.Pregnant and lactating women; 6.Participants with a history of significant infectious diseases and genetic diseases; 7.Participants with intellectual or mental disabilities or illiteracy who are unable to fill in the questionnaire and examination; 8.Alcoholism, drug abuse and drug dependence (including analgesics); 9.Participants who have practiced Baduanjin, Qigong or Yoga for a long period of time in the past or within the past 3 months. 10. Receiving treatment including Western medicine, Chinese medicine, acupuncture, massage, etc. within 1 month before receiving this therapy.
