Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. From May 1, 2021 to June 31, 2023, in Gansu Provincial People's Hospital and Lanzhou First People's Hospital, confirm the continuous inpatients with ACS diagnosis; b. Age > 18 years old, informed consent; c. All patients were examined by coronary angiography (CAG) and optical coherence tomography (OCT). According to medical history, ECG, CAG, OCT results, etc., the enrolled population was divided into plaque rupture group, plaque erosion group, calcified nodule group and TCFA group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Acute and chronic severe infectious diseases; b. severe liver or kidney disease; c. Malignant tumors, autoimmune or chronic wasting diseases; d. declined to participate in this study.
