Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?dmfs=4 (3 years old), dmfs=5 (4 years old);? 3-4 years old children in cooperative kindergartens;(3) Volunteer to participate in the survey, and the guardian signed the informed consent on behalf of;(4) Patients who can arrive at the site on the day of the examination and have no serious systemic diseases to cooperate with the examination;(5) Comprehensive caries management can be carried out according to the plan;? Deciduous denticles have more than 16 teeth.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Used antibiotics within 3 months;? can not cooperate with examination and treatment;3) Oral therapy experience;(4) Visible enamel dentine hypoplasia;(5) Emergency treatment is needed in stomatology (periapical inflammation, dental trauma, interstitial infection, etc.).
