18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for gestational diabetes mellitus according to the Chinese Guideline for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus (2022). (2) Age = 18 years. (3) Gestational age = 32 weeks. (4) Singleton pregnancy. (5) Have a smartphone and be able to independently use WeChat. (6) Able to undergo medical examinations or receive medical care at the research site for up to 1 year postpartum. (7) Understand Mandarin Chinese. (8) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) History of mental illness. (2) Presence of cognitive impairments, visual impairments, or hearing impairments. (3) Severe physical disabilities or organ dysfunction in the heart, brain, kidneys, or other organs. (4) Presence of abnormal pregnancy conditions such as placental abruption or placenta previa. (5) Concurrent participation in other research projects.
