Inclusion criteria: 1: It meets the clinical diagnostic criteria of PD brain bank in UK 2: Age =40, gender unlimited

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Patients with atypical and secondary Parkinson's disease 2: Patients who have previously received antidepressant therapy or psychological intervention 3: Other conditions that the doctor determines cannot be included in the trial 4: The subjects themselves or their legal representatives refused to participate in the clinical trial
