Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: There were 184 patients with elective gastroscopy under general anesthesia, all sexes were not limited, ASA grade ? ~?; The age range is 70 to 85 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients undergoing emergency surgery, patients with complex medical conditions requiring prolonged examination or therapeutic gastroscopy, patients with severe psychiatric or neurological disorders, patients with a history of drug abuse or alcoholism, patients with allergies to benzodiazepines, propofol, opioids, patients requiring tracheal intubation and general anesthesia, and patients with abnormal liver function
