Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult breast cancer patients who did not receive surgery or neoadjuvant chemotherapy were examined by histopathological examination after ultrasound examination to obtain immunohistochemical markers such as ER, PR, HER-2 and Ki-67 suggestive of breast cancer IHC classification. For patients who received NAC, ultrasound examination was performed again after two courses of NAC. After the complete course of NAC, surgery was performed to obtain the immunohistochemical and surgical pathological results.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with incomplete clinicopathological information or who did not complete the ultrasound and complete NAC course were excluded.
