51 Years to 82 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age =50 years old; (2) Severe aortic stenosis; (3) Severe aortic insufficiency.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Combined with congenital heart disease; (2) Combined with mitral valve disease; (3) Undergoing additional cardiovascular surgery such as coronary artery bypass grafting; (4) Acute myocardial infarction within 1 month; (5) Severe left heart failure (EF 200 µmol/L; (12) Preoperative sepsis; (13) Missing data.
