Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who have undergone total thyroidectomy and plan to undergo RAI nail and nail removal. 2. Those who have been diagnosed with PTC by postoperative pathology. 3. Those who strictly follow the doctor's instructions to stop taking levothyroxine sodium tablets. 4. Strictly enforce the cessation of iodized salt, kelp, seaweed, seafood and other foods.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women and those who plan to become pregnant within 6 months. 2. Those whose surgical incision is not completely healed. 3. Those who underwent CT examination with contrast within 3 or 2 months. 4. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction or active tuberculosis. 5. Patients with other tumors.
