Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who diagnosed of HCM. The diagnosis was made based on typical clinical,ECG, and echocardiographic features and were consistent with the 2014 European Society of Cardiology guidelines and 2017 diagnosis and management guidelines of Chinese adults HCM; 2.Underwent measurement of IMR 3.Clinically stable and not undergo changes in New York Heart Association functional class over the past 30 days; 4.Age between 18 to 80 years old; 5.Provided informed consent before enrollment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Had previous septal reduction therapy (septal myectomy or alcohol septal ablation); 2.Had history of heart transplantation surgery; 3.Ejection fraction of left ventricular below 50% as measured by echocardiography; 4.Accompanied with acute coronary syndrome; 5.Contraindicated for the use of adenosine such as intoleration of adenosine, II or III degree of atrial-ventricular block, sick sinus node syndrome or had bronchiostenosis and asthma; 6.NYHA class IV; 7.Severe coronary stenosis need revascularization; 8.severe bradycardia need pacemaker.
