Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The patients age = 65 years old with atrial fibrillation complicated with weakness, and voluntary participation in this study and signing informed consent form.Fried weakness form which is relatively widely used in clinic, is used in the assessment of weakness.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?acute cardio-cerebrovascular events, acute respiratory failure, poorly controlled infection, advanced malignant tumor?The patients with severe mental or cognitive impairment and is unable to communicate normally, ?The patients refuse to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the elderly.?Patients or family members do not use smartphones.
