Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Men aged 45-70 years; ?It meets the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and Chinese medicine, the syndrome differentiation of Chinese medicine is kidney essence deficiency type, and meets the scoring criteria of PADAM symptom scale; ? Agree to the subject and sign the patient's informed consent; ? Patients who have not received relevant treatment recently.

Exclusion criteria

Suspected or already suffering from prostate cancer or other diseases such as orchitis, epididymitis; Serum prostate-specific Antigen (PSA) >4ng/ml; ?
