Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18-80 years old, gender unlimited; (2) Meeting the 2016 Chinese expert consensus diagnostic criteria for the diagnosis and treatment of postherpetic neuralgia; (3) The patient signed the informed consent voluntarily and could cooperate to complete the questionnaire survey.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Antibiotic use history in recent 3 months; (2) Taking probiotics, prebiotics and other micro-ecological preparations in the past 1 month; (3) Changes of long-term drug use in recent 1 month; (4) Obvious changes in diet structure in recent 1 month; (5) Surgical history and stress and trauma history in the past 1 month; (6) accompanied by digestive system diseases, infectious diseases, autoimmune diseases, metabolic diseases, tumors, etc. (7) Other conditions determined by the researcher to be excluded.
