Experimental group:The prepared autologous platelet-rich gel was sprayed on the wound surface, and the wound was covered with aseptic Vaseline gauze and sterile gauze.
Control:Wet apply gauze soaked in vitamin B12 liquid to the wound

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Over 18 years old, regardless of sex; 2.Pathologically confirmed malignant tumor; 3. Patients with III-IV degree radiation dermatitis after radiotherapy; 4. Voluntary informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age < 18 years old; 2. Patients with a history of allergy to many kinds of drugs or recent allergic diseases; 3. There are severe cardiopulmonary diseases (such as unstable angina pectoris attack, cardiac insufficiency II grade, acute myocardial infarction, acute attack of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pulmonary heart disease); 4. Skin rupture caused by malignant tumor; 5. Poor compliance; 6. The researchers believe that it is not suitable for those who join the group.
