Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for pregnancy-induced hyperglycemia (HIP) (2020 edition of China Type 2 Diabetes Prevention Guidelines); (2) Aged 20-45 years old; (3) Voluntarily sign and agree to join O+O common care system management.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Combined with autoimmune diseases; (2) SLE, anti-cardiolipin antibody syndrome; (3) damage of heart and lung function, abnormal liver and kidney function or other serious diseases; (4) Patients with serious mental illness and infectious diseases; (5) excessive consumption of alcohol or drugs; (6) Use of drugs that may affect blood sugar, such as glucocorticoids, within 3 months before enrollment; (7) Twin pregnancy; (8) People who do not have access to the Internet or cannot learn to use apps on their smartphones.
