Group A:Intraoperative recurrent laryngeal nerve monitoring

18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with histologically confirmed resectable locally advanced thoracic esophageal squamous cell carcinoma; Patients undergoing radical resection with standard 2-field lymph node dissection; Patients received neoadjuvant chemotherapy or neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with immunotherapy before surgery. Preoperative laryngoscopy showed that the activity of bilateral vocal cords was normal. ECOG 0-1; Age 18-80 years old; Patients with no obvious surgical contraindications.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients had hoarseness before operation. Preoperative recurrent laryngeal nerve lymph nodes were confluent and unresectable. Preoperative unilateral recurrent laryngeal nerve lymph nodes were dissected. Received preoperative radiotherapy; Cervical esophageal cancer; Distant metastasis; Pacemaker implantation, severe (heart, kidney, liver) disease; Withdraw after informed consent; Clinicians judged that patients were not appropriate for enrollment.
