18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Subjects undergoing hepatectomy in the Department of General Surgery, Run Run Shaw Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine 2) 18 to 80 years old, male and female 3) The subjects voluntarily participated in the clinical study and signed the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Previous liver surgery or combined with other organ excision (excluding cholecystectomy and appendectomy) 2) Liver function Child C, high risk subjects such as a large amount of ascites 3) Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, unstable angina pectoris, acute myocardial infarction within six months 4) Vulnerable groups, including those with mental illness, those with cognitive impairment, critically ill subjects, women who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant and breastfeeding women, serious mental disorders, etc. 5) Severe complications can not tolerate surgery or require emergency surgery 6) Missing key data (clinical data and biological data, etc.)
