Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for A. PDR group: one or both of the following occurs in the retina: 1. new blood vessels; 2. Vitreous cavity/preretinal hemorrhage. B. NDPR group: Patients with diabetic macular edema (DME), who were characterized by retinal vascular abnormalities, such as microaneurysm, retinal hemorrhage, venous dilatation, and velour class, without proliferative changes, and who needed anti-VEGF treatment were selected; Or patients with cataract that require cataract surgery. C. Control group: cataract patients, no vascular disease and other eye diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A. Has received treatment, such as fundus laser treatment, anti-VEGF treatment, etc. B. Other eye diseases: senile macular degeneration, retinal vascular disease, choroidal retinitis, idiopathic polypoid choroidal vascular disease, glaucoma, etc.
