Interventions

Control group (Group C1):The control group was given fascia Iliaca compartment block(FICB).
Experimental group (Group E1):The control group was given PENG block.
Control group (Group C2):The control group was given fascia Iliaca compartment block(FICB).
Composite group(Group A2):The composite group was given fascia Iliaca compartment block(FICB) and PENG block.

65 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age = 65 years old; (2) Diagnosed as femoral neck fracture, intertrochanteric fracture, and subtrochanteric fracture, planned for surgical treatment; (3) Individuals admitted to the geriatric orthopedic ward through anesthesia assessment. (4) Patients undergoing surgery under spinal anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Old fractures (i.e. those who underwent surgery 20 days or more after the fracture occurred); (2) Pathological fractures caused by multiple traumas or malignant tumors; (3) Severe cognitive impairment; (4) Severe hearing impairment and language communication difficulties; (5) Transfer to ICU after surgery; (6) Accidental discharge or refusal to participate in the study.
