Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 20-65 years; (2) Patients who can accept the surgical anesthesia plan for laparoscopic peritoneal dialysis catheterization; (3) Be able to understand the research process and effectively communicate with researchers; (3) I agree to participate in this trial and voluntarily sign the informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who are allergic to benzodiazepines, remazolam besylate for injection, propofol and any component of local anesthetics; (2) There was a history of acute respiratory tract inflammation within 2 weeks without cure; (3) Preoperative systolic blood pressure was > 180mmhg and / or diastolic blood pressure was > 110mmhg in patients with hypertension, or < 90 / 60mmhg in patients with hypotension; (4) Myasthenia gravis; (5) Schizophrenia; (6) Severe depression; (7) Long term sedative and analgesic medication history; (8) Patients with a history of severe heart, lung, brain, liver and metabolic diseases; (9) History of drug or alcohol abuse;
