Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with lung cancer with definite pathological or cellular diagnosis, non-surgical patients with stage III and IV TNM according to the Joint Committee on Cancer Classification (AJCC) and International Union against Cancer (UICC) in 2002; The age of 18 years old or above, junior high school or above education, know their own disease patients; ? The patient had no mental illness, cognitive and communication barriers, and no history of taking antidepressants; ?KPS score =60 points; ? Patients whose condition permits, without other serious physical disorders, and whose hospital stay is more than 7 weeks; ? Patients voluntarily participate after informed consent, and can ensure the completion of all trial plans.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Have a history of mental illness; ? Positive family history of mental illness; ?There is a serious audio-visual impairment, which may affect the correct understanding and response to the questionnaire; ?Patients who do not cooperate and are particularly averse to the topic of death; ? Patients participated in similar studies.
