Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The first part of the inclusion criteria: ? informed and voluntary participants in this study; ? half a year to participate in the medical rescue mission in aviation; ?good communication skills, language clear and fluent. The second and third part of the inclusion criteria: ? emergency medicine, cardiovascular medicine, critical care medicine medical or nursing staff; ? who have obtained the license; ? =25 years old; ? the on-the-job personnel who have been engaged in clinical medical or nursing work for 3 years or more; ? who have not participated in aviation medical rescue mission, and ? who volunteered to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The first part of the exclusion criteria: ? because of personal reasons can not be fully interviewed by the interviewees; The second and third part of the exclusion criteria: ?pregnant women; ?patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes mellitus and COPD.
