Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 3-5 year old kindergarten children in primary and secondary classes No mental or physical developmental disabilities They live in western areas where medical and health resources are relatively scarce

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe systemic disease or mental developmental disorders Teeth missing or full mouth teeth residual root and crown Suffering from diseases such as acute pulpitis or acute periarthritis of root tips, be badly in need of emergency treatment Children after behavior management, still cannot cooperate with dental check Guardians understand the research content, refused to sign a consent form
