18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Combined apico-marginal lesions 2. Age: from 18 years old to 70 years old 3. Teeth had undergone root canal treatment and primary periodontal treatment 4. Patients without poorly controlled systemic diseases, resulting in American Society of Anesthesiologists class 1-2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Teeth with sever periapical bone defect and without preservation value 2. Root fracture or root resorption exceeding 1/3 of the root length 3. Chronic periodontitis 4. Patient who had taken bisphosphonates within two years 5. Pregnancy and Preparation.
