Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Gestational age <32 weeks 2. Admission within 24 hours after birth 3. Sign informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. severe congenital heart malformation 2. abnormal development of chest wall, airway, or lung structure 3. congenital syndrome 4. known to affect cardiopulmonary development 5. congenital abnormal lung surface active protein 6. rejected participants
