Hip fracture

Interventions

Bupivacaine group:Use 0.75% bupivacaine 1ml+ cerebrospinal fluid 2ml for lumbar anesthesia, and inject 2ml
Ropivacaine group:1ml of 1% ropivacaine + 1ml of cerebrospinal fluid was used for lumbar anesthesia, and inject 2ml

75 Years to 8 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age =75 years old, gender unlimited; 2) ASA grade I~IV; 3) Emergency or elective hip surgery; 4) No fractures were associated with other sites

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Contraindications of intraspinal puncture; 2) preoperative life can not take care of themselves; 3) Mental illness such as delirium and dementia before operation; 4) Preoperative hypoproteinemia and anemia (Hb=90g/L); 5) Refusing to sign the study informed consent; 6) Change the anesthesia method and use tracheal intubation general anesthesia; 7) Participating in other clinical studies within the first 3 months of study inclusion; 8) The researchers did not consider it suitable to be included in this study

The muscle strength of the affected side recovered to grade V ratio 4h after anesthesia;Number of active movements in bed within 24 hours after surgery;
