Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status ?-?, aged 18-60 yr, with body mass index of 18-28kg/m², of both sexes. 2. Emergency patients with limb trauma and debridement. 3. The initial evaluation did not meet the standard fasting time. 4. There were no serious primary heart, lung, brain or kidney diseases before operation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with pregnancy 2.Patients with abnormal gastric anatomy (including previous gastric cancer or gastrointestinal surgery) 3.Emergency severe patients requiring emergency surgery 4.Communication disorders, inability to cooperate
