Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)febrile children aged 6 months to 3 years in pediatric emergency department. (2)Children who have fever symptoms and meet the diagnostic criteria for short-term fever in this course of disease.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1)Children under 6 months or over 3 years old. (2)Children who have no fever symptoms in this course of disease. (3)Children who have long-term fever, fever of unknown origin (UFO), and chronic low fever. (4)Accompanying family members who cannot cooperate in filling out questionnaires.
