Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. During the study, three high-risk populations for tuberculosis living in the study setting: elderly individuals aged 60 years and above, close contacts of microbiologically positive tuberculosis patients aged over 15 years, and individuals with a history of tuberculosis. 2. Individuals willing to participate in the study, undergo follow-up, and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who refuse to participate, answer questions, or sign the informed consent form; Individuals with altered mental status; Individuals who were deemed inappropriate by clinicians and investigators to participate in this study.
