Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients who have undergone vaginal delivery or cesarean section were 20 to 30 years old, conscious, mentally normal, and able to communicate normally; 2) Diagnosed patients with postpartum stress urinary incontinence; 3) patients with clean lochia on postpartum day 42; 4) Patients with kidney-yang deficiency and Middle Qi depression according to traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome differentiation; 5) Patients voluntarily accepted the test and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients suffered from vaginitis, pelvic infection, vaginal bleeding and other lower urinary tract diseases; 2) Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney diseases, and patients with synchronous cardiac pacemakers; 3) Pelvic floor muscles did not respond at all; 4) Mental and psychological abnormalities, unable to obtain the cooperation of treatment and research.
