Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Intervention for all students 1. Inclusion criteria: ? Children and adolescents aged 6-13 (based on their ID card age); ? Participants who can understand and comply with research regulations; ? Parents or guardians are willing to cooperate and agree to participate in the study; ? Sign an informed consent form. (2) Intervention for high-risk students 1. Inclusion criteria: ? Students and parents voluntarily participate in this study and sign informed consent forms; ? Having bad behavior and lifestyle habits; ? Have a family history of chronic diseases; ? Students at risk of chronic diseases (such as abnormal blood pressure, abnormal blood sugar, abnormal blood lipids, abnormal weight, etc.) were found in the baseline physical examination results. 2. Inclusion and exclusion criteria for bone health risks Inclusion criteria: ? Students and parents voluntarily participate in this study and sign informed consent forms; ? Having unhealthy lifestyle habits (diet, exercise, sleep); ? Having a family history of skeletal diseases; ? Students with skeletal health risks (abnormal bone density testing, abnormal body composition testing, abnormal weight, etc.) were found in the baseline physical examination results.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Intervention for all students 1. Exclusion criteria: ? Children and adolescents who have been diagnosed with chronic diseases or bone health issues and are receiving specific treatment; ? Children and adolescents who have serious psychological or behavioral problems and are unable to complete the research requirements; ? Children and adolescents whose parents or guardians do not agree to participate in the study. (2) Intervention for high-risk students 1. Exclusion criteria for students at risk of chronic diseases: ? Refusal to participate in this study; ? Students diagnosed with cardiovascular metabolic diseases in second class or above hospitals. 2. Exclusion criteria for bone health risks: ? Refusal to participate in this study; ? Students with congenital skeletal diseases; ? There are other diseases that may affect bone health, such as hyperthyroidism, kidney disease, etc.
