Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who voluntarily go to the physical examination center of Peking University Third Hospital for physical examination; 2. Age = 18 years old; 3. Body mass index 18.5 < BMI < 24 kg/m2, body fat rate = 20% for males and = 28% for females; 4. Have not taken any weight loss medication or other medication that affects body quality (such as laxatives) within 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with heart disease, cranial disease, liver and gallbladder disease, kidney disease, anorexia nervosa, adrenal cortex hyperfunction, and surgery for esophageal and gastrointestinal malignant tumors; 2. Patients with concomitant coronary heart disease, heart failure, pulmonary hypertension, valvular disease, cardiomyopathy, severe ventricular arrhythmias, myocarditis or pericarditis; 3. Individuals with severe respiratory diseases, such as severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, severe asthma, etc.; 4. Merge uncontrolled hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism; 5. Severe dysfunction of other organs such as the kidneys and liver in combination; 6. Individuals with abnormal cardiovascular reactions during exercise; 7. Cognitive function significantly impaired, unable to communicate.
