Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age 18-35 years old; ? Primiparous women; ? Vaginal delivery; ? Singleton with head presentation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with skin damage or skin diseases in the lumbosacral region; ? Visual impairment, hearing impairment; ? Contraindication of Vaginal delivery; ? Complicated with cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, neurological, Urinary system and other major diseases; ? Patients with concomitant mental illness; ? Patients who undergo medication analgesia within 3cm of cervical dilation.
