Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.According to“Rheumatoid arthritis diagnosis and treatment norms” diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis; 2.Ra was diagnosed in our hospital or the second affiliated hospital of the Hainan Medical College.;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patients with severe cardiovascular, liver and lung diseases; 2.Combined with bleeding tendency disease; 3.There are systemic lupus erythematosus, systemic sclerosis, ankylosing spondylitis, osteoarthritis and other rheumatic diseases; 4.With severe mental illness; 5.A woman who is pregnant or nursing; 6.Joint swelling and pain caused by infection, tumor and other diseases; 7.Serious Coagulopathy;
