Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Tracer synthesis and quality control: The automated synthesis of [18F] - d4-FET and [18F] FET was implemented using the All in One synthesis module configured by our hospital's CCPR. According to the requirements of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2020 edition, quality control testing was conducted on the synthesized [18F] - d4-FET and [18F] FET for radiochemical yield, appearance, radioactive concentration, nuclear purity, half-life, radiochemical purity, specific activity, etc. (2) Clinical research: Patients with suspected, newly diagnosed, or previously treated gliomas were included in the study to undergo head MRI plain scan, [18F] FET, and [18F] - d4-FET head and whole body scans within two weeks to assist in precise localization of gliomas, determine whether there is distant metastasis, and assist patients in more accurate treatment planning.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All pregnant and lactating women; Patients under the age of 18; Patients receiving treatment during MR enhancement, [18F] - d4-FET PET/CT, and [18F] FET PET/CT examinations; Patients with contraindications to MR; Patients who have merged with other brain diseases (such as epilepsy, stroke, or other types of brain tumors).
